Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the courses, mentorship, and related services (the "Service") provided by Arvon White ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account

You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you may not: use it unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; introduce malware; probe, scan, or scrape the Service; or attempt to circumvent technical limits.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service and its content (including software, course materials, documentation, and branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal use within your active plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through paddle.net.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
