14-day money-back guarantee

Arvon White offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email used at checkout.
  2. Find the relevant order and select "Request a refund".
  3. Alternatively, contact our support team and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel an active subscription at any time through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals. A cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund of the current billing period — to request a refund, follow the steps above within the 14-day window.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
